Curd Spinach Special Soup

Ingredients for Curd – Spinach Special Soup:

1. Gram flour – 25 gm

2. Water – 600 milli

3. Spinach chopped fine – 150 gm

4. Curd – 250 gm

    Ginger – 1-inch piece

    Green chillies chopped – 2

    Sugar – ½ tsp

    Salt – For taste

5. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 table spoon

How to prepare Curd – Spinach Special Soup?

1. Mix gram flour in 100 milli water.

2. Immerse spinach in hot water.

3. Wash spinach in cold water.

4. In the remaining water, mix ingredients no: 4 and finally add to gram flour.

5. Place this mixture in low flame and keep stirring.

6. When your soup thickens, add spinach and put off the flame.

7. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
