Crispy Bombay Roast

Bread sandwitch with cornflakes

Ingredients for Crispy Bombay Roast:

1. Milk – 200 milli

    Egg – 1

    Sugar – 2 big spoons

    Essence – ¼ small spoon

2. Butter – As reuired

3. Bread – 6 slices

4. Cornflakes – 1 cup

How to prepare Crispy Bombay Roast?

1. Take ingredients no: 1 in a bowl and beat well.

2. Heat a tawa and spread butter.

3. Dip each bread slice in milk – egg mixture and place on hot tawa.

4. Sprinkle corn flakes on its top.

5. Flip the bread once and sprinkle corn flakes on other side too.

6. Flip once more and make your sandwich crispy.

7. You can cut each bread slice into two triangle shapes.

8. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
