Corn & Peas Fried Rice
Ingredients for Corn & Peas Fried Rice:
1. Oil – 2 big spoons
2. Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped fine
Ginger – 1-inch piece, chopped fine
3. Eggs – 3, beaten
4. Basmati rice cooked – 4 cups
5. Corn cooked – 1 cup
Green peas cooked – 1 cup
Soya sauce – 3 big spoons
Salt – For taste
6. Basil leaves (Rama Tulsi) – To decorate
How to prepare Corn & Peas Fried Rice?
1. Pour a big spoon of oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.
2. Add eggs and scramble the contents.
3. Add cooked basmati rice, followed by ingredients no: 5.
4. Add a big spoon of oil and stir for 2 minutes.
5. Put off the flame and decorate your fried rice with basil leaves.
6. Serve hot.
