Coconut Burfi recipe

Ingredients for Coconut Burfi:

1. Desiccated coconut – 2 cups

2. Paneer grated – 150 gm

3. Milk – ½ cup

4. Sugar – 1 cup

5. Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

6. Ghee – 1 tsp

7. Almonds and pistachios chopped – As required

How to prepare Coconut Burfi?

1. Grease a pan with ghee and add paneer and sugar.

2. Cook the ingredients on a low flame.

3. After some time, bring it to a medium flame.

4. Add milk to it and mix well.

5. When paneer melts well, add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder.

6. Cook in a medium flame.

7. When the mixture turns non-sticky to the edges of the pan, take it off the flame.

8. Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the contents to it.

9. When it cools completely, cut into desired pieces.
