Chocolate Pancake
Ingredients for Chocolate Pancake:
1. Maida – 1.5 cups
Baking powder – 1.5 small spoons
2. Egg yolk blended – 2
Sugar – 5 big spoons
Coco powder – 2 big spoons
Butter – 1 big spoon
Salt – ¼ small spoon
Milk – 2 big spoons
3. Milk – 1.75 cups
4. Egg white blended well – 2
How to prepare Chocolate Pancake?
1. Blend well ingredients no: 1 and keep aside.
2. Mix well ingredients no: 2.
3. Add 1.75 cups of milk to the blended maida and mix well. Then mix with egg mixture blended before.
4. Add blended egg white to it and mix well. Place it aside for 10 minutes.
5. Heat a tawa and pour one spoon mixture to it.
6. Continue the process to fill the tawa. Never spread this batter.
7. When one side is done, flip once like a dosa and cook the other also.
8. You can prepare almost 18 pancakes using this amount of batter.
