Cheese Veg Pasta
Ingredients for Cheese Veg Pasta:
1. Butter – 50 gm
Olive oil – 50 gm
2. Garlic crushed – 2 big spoons
Onions chopped fine – 1 cup
3. Capsicum chopped fine – 1 cup
Cauliflower separated as florets – 100 gm
Green piece, corn – 100 gm each
Celery chopped fine – 1/2 cup
4. Pasta – ½ kg, cooked and strained excess water
5. Cheese – ½ cup
White sauce – 1 cup
Mixed herbs – 1 big spoon
Red chillies crushed – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Cheese Veg Pasta?
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.
2. Add onions and garlic and sauté it.
3. When it turns tender add ingredients no: 3 and sauté for a while.
4. Vegetables should not be well-cooked and they should remain crisp.
5. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
6. Add ingredients no: 5 and toss the contents.
7. Take off the flame and serve hot.
