Cauliflower Peas Curry

Ingredients for Cauliflower Peas Curry:

1. Cauliflower florets – 500 gm

    Green peas boiled – 100 gm

    Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

    Salt – For taste

2. Oil – 3 tablespoons

3. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

4. Ginger-garlic paste – 3 tsp

5. Green chillies – 1

6. Cumin powder – ½ tsp

    Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

    Lemon juice – ½ tsp

How to prepare Cauliflower Peas Curry?

1. Heat oil in a pan, and saute cumin, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies in order.

2. Add cauliflower, green peas, salt and turmeric powder, and sauté the contents well.

3. Sprinkle a little water, close the lid and cook vegetables in low flame.

4. When cauliflower is well-cooked, add ingredients no: 6 and put the flame off.
