Cauliflower kambu

Ingredients for Cauliflower Campoo:

1. Chilli powder – ¼ tsp

    Ginger-garlic paste – ¼ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Rice flour – 75 gm

    Corn flour – 30 gm

    Garam masala powder – A pinch

    Salt – For taste

    Water – To prepare the batter

2. Cauliflower separated florets – 100 gms

3. Oil – For frying

4. Green chillies – 4, end split

    Curry leaves – A stem

5. Curd – 1 big spoon

6. Chat masala – ½ small spoon

How to prepare Cauliflower Campoo?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 and prepare batter.

2. Dip cauliflower florets in batter.

3. Deep fry them in hot oil.

4. In another pan, heat a little oil.

5. Sauté green chillies and curry leaves.

6. Add curd, mix well & put off the flame.

7. Add the above mixture to fried cauliflower & toss well.

8. Sprinkle chat masala on top & serve hot.
