Cauliflower Burjia

Ingredients for Cauliflower Burjia:

1. Cauliflower – 450 gm

2. Butter – 2 big spoons

3. Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

    Cloves -2

    Ginger -1/2-inch piece grated

    Garlic – 2 big cloves crushed

    Green chillies – 2 small, chopped

4. Onions – 2 big, chopped fine

    Tomatoes – 2 big, chopped fine

5. Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Cinnamon powder – ¼ small spoon

    Fennel powder – ½ small spoon

    Kasuri methi – ¼ small spoon

    Coriander powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Black salt – 1/2 small spoon

6. Coriander leaves chopped fine – 2 big spoon

    Tomatoes – 2 big, chopped fine

How to prepare Cauliflower Burjia?

1. Clean cauliflower and grate it.

2. Heat butter and sauté ingredients no: 3 for 20 seconds.

3. Add tomato and onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

4. Before onions turn brown, add ingredients no: 5 and mix well.

5. Add cauliflower, mix well and reduce flame.

6. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Avoid sticking to bottom.

7. When cauliflower is cooked, sprinkle ingredients no: 6 and serve.
