Ariyunda

Ingredients for Cashew Balls (Kasuvandi Unda):

1. Roasted rice – 1 cup 

2. Roasted cashew nuts – 3/4 cup 

3. Jaggery (cut into pieces) – 150 g 

4. Grated coconut – ½-3/4 cups 

How to prepare Cashew Balls (Kasuvandi Unda)?

1. Powder the roasted rice and keep aside. 

2. Cut the roasted cashew nuts into small pieces and powder them. 

3. Powder the jaggery. 

4. Add grated coconut to this, then add rice powder and powdered cashew nuts, and mix well. 

5. Make small balls out of the mixture and serve.
