carrot Rice

Ingredients for Carrot Rice:

1. Oil – 2 big spoons

    Onions – 2, chopped

2. Carrot – 3, grated

    Salt – For taste

3. Coriander powder fried – 1.5 small spoon

    Cumin powder – ¼ small spoon

    Chilli powder fried – 2 small spoons

    Coconut scrapped – 2 cups

4. Basmati rice cooked – 2 cups

How to prepare Carrot Rice?

1. Heat oil and saute onions.

2. When it turns light brown, add carrot and salt.

3. Saute carrot for 2 minutes, and add ingredients no: 3.

4. Saute the contents well and add cooked rice.

5. Mix the contents well and put off the flame.

Note: If you want to make it spicy, add a little cinnamon, cardamom and star anise.
