Carrot – Dates Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Carrot – Dates Pudding:

1. Milk – 2 cups

2. Sugar – 1 cup

3. Condensed milk – 1 cup

4. Carrot paste – 1.5 cups

    Dates – 4, ground

5. Coconut – ¼ cup

6. China grass – 8 gm, melted in warm water

How to prepare Carrot – Dates Pudding?

1. Boil milk in a pan.

2. Add sugar and keep stirring.

3. Add condensed milk and mix the contents well.

4. Add ground coconut paste and dates, and keep stirring.

5. Add grated coconut, followed by melted china grass (lukewarm).

6. When the pudding thickens, turn off the flame.

7. Transfer the pudding to another container and allow it to cool.

8. Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
