Butter Letter (Premium Fruit Cake)
Ingredients for Butter letter fruit cake:
- Chocolate – 25 gm
- Condensed milk – 3 big spoons
- Mixed fruit jam – 10 gm
- Raisins, cashew, cherry, fig – 350 gm
- Wine – a little
- Butter – 125 gm
- Sugar – 125 gm
- Eggs – 3
- Maida – 105 gm
- Cinnamon powdered – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – 1 small spoon
- Plum essence – 1 small spoon
How to prepare Butter letter fruit cake?
- Melt chocolate using small flame and add condensed milk.
- Then add mixed fruit jam to it and allow it to cool.
- Add a little wine to the fruits and keep it aside.
- Blend well butter and sugar. Then add chocolate mixture to it and mix it well.
- Add eggs one by one to this mixture and blend the contents well.
- Add soaked fruits to it and mix well.
- Mix well maida, baking soda and cinnamon powder and slowly add it to chocolate-butter mixture.
- Add plum essence to it and mix again.
- Pour it to cake tin and bake for 1.5 hours in 160-170 degree celsious.
