Burned Tapioca Patties

Ingredients for Burned Tapioca Patties:

1. Tapioca – ½ kg

2. Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – As required

3. Rice powder – 1 small spoon

    Curry leaves chopped – 5 nos.

    Salt – As required

4. Oil – As required

How to prepare Burned Tapioca Patties?

1. Clean tapioca and cut into small pieces.

2. Cook tapioca adding salt and turmeric powder.

3. Once cooked, smash it well and mix it with ingredients no: 3.

4. Make cutlet shapes from them.

5. Heat a tawa, pour a little oil and place them on tawa.

6. Cook both sides.
