Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wings:
1. Chicken wings – 10
2. Garlic – 5 cloves, big, chopped
3. Chilli sauce – 2 tablespoons
4. Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
5. Light soya sauce – 1 table spoon
6. White vinegar – 1 tsp
7. Butter – 1 table spoon
8. Maida – 1 table spoon
9. Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
10. Salt – For taste
11. Oil – To deep fry wings
How to prepare Buffalo Chicken Wings?
1. Clean chicken wings and remove moisture content completely using a dry cloth.
2. Marinate chicken wings using pepper powder, maida and salt and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
3. Deep fry chicken wings till they turn light brown colour.
4. Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon butter to it.
5. Sauté garlic and then add sauces and vinegar to it.
6. Add fried chicken wings to it and mix well.
7. Serve hot.
