Bread Pudding with Honey
Ingredients for Bread Pudding with Honey:
1. Bread slices after removing edges – 2 cups
2. Milk – 2 cups
3. Eggs – 2
4. Sugar – ¾ cup
5. Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
6. Honey – 3 tablespoons
7. Cashew nuts powdered – 1 tablespoon
How to prepare Bread Pudding with Honey?
1. Soak bread in milk for 15 minutes.
2. Mix it with vanilla essence, eggs and sugar, and blend well in a mixer.
3. Steam cook this batter till it’s done.
4. Flip this pudding upside down in a dish.
5. Pour honey on its top, and sprinkle powdered cashews.
