Blondis recipe

Ingredients for Blondies:

1. Butter – 1 cup, melted

    Brown sugar – 1.25 cups

2. Vanilla essence – 2 small spoons

3. Eggs – 2

4. Salt – ½ small spoon

    Baking powder – 2 small spoons

    Maida – 2 cups

5. Nuts broken – ½ cup

   Chocolate chips – ½ cup

How to prepare Blondies?

1. Pre-heat oven in 350 degree Fahrenheit.

2. Take a baking tin with dimension 9*9.

3. Put a butter paper and grease it with butter.

4. Heat butter and brown sugar in a saucepan.

5. Add vanilla essence to it and beat the contents well.

6. When it cools, add eggs and beat the contents well.

7. Add ingredients no: 4 and mix well to prepare the batter.

8. Finally add nuts and chocolate chips also.

9. Pour the batter into the tin and place in pre-heated oven.

10. Bake it for 20-25 minutes.

11. Once it is well-cooked, take it from oven and allow to cool off completely.

12. Cut into pieces and serve.
