Banana Coconut Fry (Ethapazham Thenga Fry)
Ingredients for Banana Coconut Fry (Ethapazham Thenga Fry):
1. Ghee – 2 big spoons
2. Kerala banana well ripened – 3, sliced into round pieces
3. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup
4. Sugar – ½ cup
How to prepare Banana Coconut Fry (Ethapazham Thenga Fry)?
1. Heat a pan and pour ghee.
2. Sauté banana pieces.
3. Finally add sugar and coconut and sauté well.
4. The contents should turn light brown colour.
5. Serve hot.
