Paneer Sharkkara Madhuram

Ingredients for Paneer Sharkkara Madhuram:

1. Paneer – 500 gm

    Milk – ¾ cup

    Sugar – ¾ cup

2. Water – ¾ cp

    Jaggery powder – 1 cup

3. Jaggery powder – To decorate

How to prepare Paneer Sharkkara Madhuram?

1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1 using a mixer.

2. If needed add a little more milk while grinding. The mixture should be thick in consistency.

3. Heat a non-stick pan and cook this mixture in low flame. Keep stirring continuously.

4. When the mixture separates from the sides of the vessel, put off the flame.

5. Transfer the contents to another bowl and allow it to cool.

6. Make small balls from this mixture and gently press to get cutlet shapes.

7. Prepare jaggery solution in a pan by heating.

8. Keep stirring and reduce the flame once it starts to boil.

9. Boil for a few more minutes and allow it to cool.

10. Take a serving bowl and pour jaggery solution.

11. Put paneer balls into it and decorate using jaggery powder.
