Wheat Flour Chicken Pancake
Ingredients for Wheat Flour Chicken Pancake:
1. Wheat flour – 1.5 cups
Baking powder – 1 small spoon
Salt – A pinch
Butter melted – 2 big spoons
Egg – 1
Milk – 2 cups
2. Oil – 1 big spoon
3. Onion – ½, chopped fine
Green chillies – 1, chopped fine
Ginger chopped fine – ½ small spoon
Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
Salt – As required
4. Minced chicken – ½ cup
5. Coriander leaves chopped – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Wheat Flour Chicken Pancake?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 to prepare batter.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 3.
3. Add chicken to chicken, sprinkle a few drops of water and cook in low flame.
4. Also add coriander leaves.
5. Add this mixture to batter.
6. Heat a non-stick pan and prepare dosa like pancakes.
7. Flip both sides to cook it well.
