
Ingredients for Apple Payasam with Condensed Milk:
- Well-ripened and sweet apple – 1 big, cut into small pieces after removing seeds
- Ghee – 1 big spoon
- Cashews – A handful
Raisins – A handful - Milk – 1 litre
Hot water – ½ litre
Condensed milk – 500 milli - Sago – A handful, soaked
- Sugar – As required
- Cardamom powder – ½ small spoon
How to prepare Apple Payasam with Condensed Milk?
- Heat ghee in an urli and fry raisins and cashews.
- Remove the fried raisins and cashews from the ghee, then add milk, hot water, and condensed milk.
- When it boils, add the soaked sago and cook till it is 3/4th done.
- Add sugar, followed by chopped apple, and boil the contents well.
- Add cardamom powder and turn off the flame.
- Add fried raisins and cashews, mix the contents and serve.
