Sweet Gathiya recipe

Ingredients for Sweet Gathiya:

1. Maida – ½ cup

    Ghee – As required

    Water – Half the quantity of a condensed milk tin

2. Oil – For frying

3. Sugar powdered – As needed

How to prepare Sweet Gathiya?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together and prepare the dough.

2. Spread it flat on a plate or something else and cut into small rectangular pieces.

3. Deep fry Gathiya in hot oil.

4. Quickly sprinkle sugar on its top and serve hot.
