Stuffed Pancake with Vanilla Sauce
Ingredients for Stuffed Pancake with Vanilla Sauce:
1. Maida – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Milk – 1 cup
Salt – As required
Sugar powdered – ½ cup
Sugar melted – 2 big spoons
Sesame white and black – A little
2. Cheese spread – ½ cup
Cream – ½ cup
Sugar powdered – 1/4 cup
3. Mango fruit chopped fine – 1 cup
Badam flakes roasted – ½ cup
4. Milk – ½ cup
Cream – ½ cup
Vanilla string – 2
5. Yellow yolk – From 2 eggs
Sugar powder – ¼ cup
How to prepare Stuffed Pancake with Vanilla Sauce?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 to prepare batter.
2. Using this batter, prepare small pancakes by spreading on hot tawa (similar to dosa).
3. Mix together ingredients no: 2 using a hand mixer.
4. Add ingredients no: 3 to it to prepare stuffing.
5. To prepare sauce, mix together ingredients no: 4 and cook in very low flame. Never boil.
6. In another ball, mix yellow yolk and sugar and whip well using a wooden spoon.
7. When the mixture placed in low flame slowly heats and vapours come out, take off from flame.
8. Add egg mixture slowly and mix well.
9. Then place it once again in flame and cook till the contents thicken. Stir continuously.
10. Use this mixture as stuffing for each pancake.
11. Serve with sauce.
