Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients for Scrambled Tofu:

1. Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

    Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon

    Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon

    Water – 1 big spoon

    Salt – As required

    Pepper powder – 2 pinch

2. Oil – As required

3. Spring onion – 1, chopped fine

    Garlic – 1 clove, chopped

4. Tofu – 1 cup

5. Parsley chopped – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Scrambled Tofu?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté spring onion and garlic for 2 minutes till raw smell goes out.

3. Smash tofu using hands and add to it.

4. Also add the mixed powders and stir for 2 more minutes.

5. Add parsley and stir for 1 more minute. Put the flame off.
