Rice Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Rice Pudding:

1. Rice powdered (not fine) – ½ cup

    Almonds, powdered – 2 tablespoons

    Cardamom – 4

2. Milk – 900 milli

3. Sugar – 6 tablespoons

    Rose water – 1 tablespoon

4. Pista crushed – To decorate

How to prepare Rice Pudding?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 with 600 milli milk in a saucepan.

2. Place in flame, and keep stirring to avoid formation of lumps.

3. When it boils, add remaining milk too.

4. Keep cooking till your rice pudding thickens.

5. Add ingredients no: 3 and sauté for 2 minutes more.

6. Put off the flame, and decorate with pista.
