Rice Fritters
Ingredients for Rice Fritters:
1. Sugar – ½ cup
Palayankodan banana – 3
Rice flour (not fried) – 3-3.5 cups
Eggs – 2
3. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Rice Fritters?
1. Mix ingredients no: 1 to prepare the batter.
2. Heat oil in a pan or Unniyappam maker.
3. Pour batter little by little and deep fry the fritters.
4. Fritters should turn golden brown.
