Ingredients for Raw Fruit Raita:
- Pineapple chopped fine – 5 big spoons
Apple chopped fine – 5 big spoons
Carrot chopped fine – 4 small spoons
Onions chopped fine – 4 big spoons
Bird’s eye chilli (Kanthari) – 2, chopped fine
Ginger chopped fine – ½ small spoon
Cilantro/curry leaves – As needed
For raw curd:
- Cashews – 20, soaked
- Lemon juice – From 3 lemons
Rock salt – As per taste
How to prepare Raw Fruit Raita?
- Mix ingredients no: 1 together to prepare the salad.
- Make a fine paste of cashews and add lemon juice and salt.
- Add this raw curd to the salad and mix well.
