Persian Tahini Halwa with Pista Gulab Pudding

Ingredients for Persian Tahini Halwa with Pista Gulab Pudding:

1. Sugar – ¼ cp

2. Milk – ¼ cup

3. Tahini – ½ cup

    Butter – 50 gm

4. Pista chopped – ¼ cup

5. Gelatine – 1 small spoon

    Warm water – 2 big spoons

6. Milk – ¼ cup

7. Cardamom powder – ½ small spoon

    Dried rose petals – 6, crushed manually

    Whipping cream – ¼ cup

    Condensed milk – ¼ cup

How to prepare Persian Tahini Halwa with Pista Gulab Pudding?

1. Caramelize sugar and pour milk into it, and bring it to a boil.

2. While boiling, add tahini and butter and keep stirring.

3. When it turns halwa-like, transfer it to a pudding tray.

4. Put pista on top, and using a spoon greased with butter, spread the halwa.

5. Soak gelatine in warm water and dissolve it fully.

6. Mix the remaining pistachios with milk along with ingredients no: 7.

7. Pour this mixture on the halwa base and allow it to set in the refrigerator.

8. If you want more sweetness, add ¼ cup more condensed milk.
