Peanut Curry

Ingredients for Peanut Curry:

1. Oil – 1 small spoon

2. Crushed dry ginger – ¼ small spoon

    Green chillies – 2, chopped

    Garlic – 1 big clove, chopped

    Onions chopped – 25 gm

3. Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

4. Water – As required

5. Pumpkin cut into small pieces – 35 gms

    Snake gourd cut into small pieces – 35 gms

    Tomato chopped – 30 gms

     Soaked peanuts, after removing skin – 100 gm

6. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Peanut Curry?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add turmeric powder, followed by salt and water.

3. When water boils, add ingredients no: 5 and cook it.

4. When vegetables and peanuts are well cooked, put off the flame.

5. Garnish with coriander leaves.

6. Serve hot with Eggplant – Wheat Upma
