Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients for Paneer Sandwich:

1. Oil – 2 big spoons

2. Onions finely chopped – ½ cup

    Tomato – 1, finely chopped

    Paneer – 25 gm, smashed well

    Curry leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

    Potato boiled and smashed – 1

3. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

    Salt and pepper powder – As required

4. Bread – 6 slices

5. Cheese grated – As required

6. Butter – 6 small spoons

How to prepare Paneer Sandwich?

1. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and take off from flame. This is used as filling.

3. Spread grated cheese on one side of each bread slices.

4. Place a little filling on its top and cover it with second bread slice.

5. Apply butter on either side of bread and grill it in a tawa or toaster.

6. Serve with lettuce and finger chips.
