palak cheera ila pachadi

Ingredients for Palak Pachadi:

1. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup

    Ginger – 1 small piece

    Green chillies – 2

2. Curd – 1 cup

3. Tomato – 1, chopped into fine pieces

4. Palak finely chopped – ¼ cup

    Salt – As required

5. Coconut oil – As required

6. Mustard – ¾ small spoon

    Red chillies – 1

    Urud daal (black gram daal) – 1/2 small spoon

    Curry leaves – 2 stalks

How to prepare Palak Pachadi?

1. Cook palak leaves, and make a fine paste.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1 and mix well in curd.

3. Add palak paste and chopped tomatoes to it.

4. Mix all ingredients together.

5. Heat oil, sauté ingredients no: 6 and add to your curry.
