Pacha Maanga Kanthari Serbath (Raw Mango with Bird’s Eye Chilli Serbath)

Ingredients for Pacha Maanga Kanthari Serbath (Raw Mango with Bird’s Eye Chilli Serbath):

1. Raw Mango – 1, chopped into small pieces 

    Bird’s Eye Chilli – 2 

    Water – As required 

    Sugar Syrup – 1 cup 

2. Mint Leaves – 2 sprigs 

    Lemon – 1, deseeded and chopped 

3. Black Couscous – 2 small spoons, soaked 

4. Soda – As required 

How to prepare Pacha Maanga Kanthari Serbath (Raw Mango with Bird’s Eye Chilli Serbath)?

1. Blend the first set of ingredients well in a mixer. 

2. Add mint leaves and lemon, blend again, and strain. 

3. Mix in the couscous and stir well.
