
Ingredients for Oats Paneer Cutlet:
- Oats – 1 cup
- Potato – 2, boiled
- Paneer grated – ½ cup
Green peas – ½ cup
Green chillies – 2, finely chopped
Salt – For taste - Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon - Oil – 4 big spoons
- Gram flour – 3 big spoons
Salt – For taste
Chilli powder – ¼ small spoon
Baking soda – A pinch
Water – As needed - Carrot – 1, grated
How to prepare Oats Paneer Cutlet?
- Smash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Add ingredients listed as No: 3 and ¾ cup oats and mix the contents well.
- Add ingredients listed as No:4 and mix again.
- Make medium-sized balls and place them in a plate.
- Grease your hands with a little oil and take each ball in your hands.
- Press it once to get cutlet shapes.
- Mix the ingredients listed as No: 6 and prepare a thick batter.
- Spread the remaining ¼ cup of oats on a plate.
- Dip each cutlet in batter and coat it with oats.
- Heat 2 big spoons of oil in a tawa and fry cutlets on a medium flame.
- Flip both sides to cook the cutlets well. Both sides should turn golden brown.
- Spread grated carrot on a serving plate and place cutlets on it.
- Serve hot.
