Oats Paneer Cutlet

Ingredients for Oats Paneer Cutlet:

  1. Oats – 1 cup
  2. Potato – 2, boiled
  3. Paneer grated – ½ cup
    Green peas – ½ cup
    Green chillies – 2, finely chopped
    Salt – For taste
  4. Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon
  5. Oil – 4 big spoons
  6. Gram flour – 3 big spoons
    Salt – For taste
    Chilli powder – ¼ small spoon
    Baking soda – A pinch
    Water – As needed
  7. Carrot – 1, grated

How to prepare Oats Paneer Cutlet?

  1. Smash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add ingredients listed as No: 3 and ¾ cup oats and mix the contents well.
  3. Add ingredients listed as No:4 and mix again.
  4.  Make medium-sized balls and place them in a plate.
  5. Grease your hands with a little oil and take each ball in your hands.
  6. Press it once to get cutlet shapes.
  7. Mix the ingredients listed as No: 6 and prepare a thick batter.
  8. Spread the remaining ¼ cup of oats on a plate.
  9. Dip each cutlet in batter and coat it with oats.
  10. Heat 2 big spoons of oil in a tawa and fry cutlets on a medium flame.
  11. Flip both sides to cook the cutlets well. Both sides should turn golden brown.
  12. Spread grated carrot on a serving plate and place cutlets on it.
  13. Serve hot.
