Noodles Samosa - deep fry snack

Ingredients for Noodles Samosa:

1. Oil – 2 big spoons

2. Onions – 1, finely chopped

    Garlic – 4 cloves crushed

3. Capsicum green, yellow and red colours – Half each, cut into fine pieces

    Carrot – 1, cut into fine pieces

    Cabbage – 1 piece, cut into small pieces

4. Pepper powder – 1 big spoon

    Salt – As required

    Vinegar – 1 big spoon

    Soya sauce – 2 small spoons

5. Noodles cooked – 1 cup

6. Samosa leaf and oil – As required

How to prepare Noodles Samosa?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and sauté again.

3. When vegetables are cooked, add ingredients no: 4 and mix well.

4. Add noodles and turn the flame off.

5. Soak the samosa leaf with a little water and fold it into a cone shape.

6. Fill the cone with vegetable filling and stick its edges. You can use maida mixed with water for this purpose.

7. Deep fry each samosa in hot oil and serve hot with tomato sauce.
