Rice Tikka

Ingredients for Rice Tikka:

1. Carrot – 1, cooked

    Potato – 2, cooked

2. Oil – As needed

3. Onion – 1 chopped

    Ginger garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies – 2, finely chopped

    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

    Garam masala – ¼ small spoon

    Tomato sauce – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – As required

4. Capsicum cut into pieces – ½ cup

    Basmati rice cooked – 1 cup

    Celery chopped – ½ cup

    Tomato chopped – 1

5. Egg whipped – 1

6. Oats powdered – 1 cup

How to prepare Rice Tikka?

1. Smash together cooked carrot and potatoes.

2. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté well ingredients no: 3.

3. Add the smashed carrot and potatoes along with it, and add ingredients no: 4.

4. Sauté again, and later allow the contents to cool.

5. Now make cutlets from this mixture, dip in blended egg and cover in oats powder.

6. Fry in hot oil.
