Mutta Roast (Egg Roast)

Ingredients for Mutta Roast (Egg Roast):

1. Eggs – 3 

2. Chilli powder – 1½ tsp 

    Coriander powder – 1½ tsp 

    Pepper powder – 1 tsp 

    Fennel – ½ tsp 

    Cinnamon – 1 inch piece 

    Cloves – 2 

    Cardamom – 3 

3. Oil – 6 tsp 

   Onion – 1 cup, sliced lengthwise 

  Tomato – ¼ cup, finely chopped

How to prepare Mutta Roast (Egg Roast)?

1. Boil the eggs, remove the shells, cut them in half, and arrange them on serving plates. 

2. Grind the second set of ingredients into a fine paste. 

3. Heat oil and sauté onions. Once translucent, add the ground paste and sauté on low heat. 

4. When the oil separates, add finely chopped tomatoes and continue sautéing on low heat. 

5. Once the gravy thickens well, remove from the stove and pour it over the eggs before serving.
