Maida Appam

Ingredients for Maida Appam:

1. Maida – ½ kg

2. Sugar – ½ glass

3. Water – As required

4. Salt – For taste

5. Coconut – ½

    Sugar – 2 tablespoons

    Cardamom powder – 4

6. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Maida Appam?

1. Knead the dough using maida, sugar and water, similar to chapati.

2. Make small balls from the dough and spread to poori shapes.

3. Mix ingredients no: 5 to prepare filling.

4. Place the filling inside pooris and fold the edges.
