Ingredients for Lemon Curd:
- Condensed milk – 1 tin
Lemon juice – From 6 lemons
Marie biscuit powdered – 1 cup
Almonds chopped – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
How to prepare Lemon Curd?
- Pour condensed milk into a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and beat the mixture until it curdles.
- Spread a layer of biscuit in a big pudding bowl.
- Pour a little lemon juice-milk mixture as layer 2, and sprinkle a few almonds.
- Make a few layers, and condensed milk should be for the top layer.
- Refrigerate and use.
