Lemon Curd recipe

Ingredients for Lemon Curd:

  1. Condensed milk – 1 tin
    Lemon juice – From 6 lemons
    Marie biscuit powdered – 1 cup
    Almonds chopped – 1 cup
    Milk – 1 cup

How to prepare Lemon Curd?

  1. Pour condensed milk into a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and beat the mixture until it curdles.
  3. Spread a layer of biscuit in a big pudding bowl.
  4. Pour a little lemon juice-milk mixture as layer 2, and sprinkle a few almonds.
  5. Make a few layers, and condensed milk should be for the top layer.
  6. Refrigerate and use.
