Kway Teow Flat Noodles
Ingredients for Kway Teow Flat Noodles:
1. Flat noodles – For two servings
2. Ginger paste – 1 small spoon
Garlic paste – 1 big spoon
Kashmiri Chilli – 4
Shallots – 5
Green chilli – 1
3. Oil – For preparation
4. Chicken chopped fine – Half kg
5. Sausage – 2, chopped
Medium sized prawns – Half kg, cooked
6. Sweet soya sauce – 2 small spoons
7. Soya sauce – 3 big spoons
8. Egg – 1, beaten
9. Spinach chopped – 1 cup
Spring onion chopped – 3 big spoons
Sprouted green gram – Quarter cup
How to prepare Kway Teow Flat Noodles?
1. Cook noodles and keep aside. Never over cook it.
2. Make a fine paste of ingredients 2.
3. Saute the above paste in a little oil, and add chicken pieces.
4. Saute and cook the chicken pieces.
5. Add sausage pieces and prawns, followed by one spoon sweet soya sauce.
6. Mix all the contents well and take it from flame.
7. Heat oil in another pan and saute cooked noodles.
8. Add soya sauce and remaining one spoon sweet soya sauce, and saute them together.
9. Scramble one egg in a pan and add to noodles.
10. And chicken mixture followed by ingredients 9 and cook for a few minutes.
11. Put off the flame and serve hot.
