Keematham Curry (Mutton Keema)

Ingredients for Keematham Curry (Mutton Keema):

1. Mutton keema – 150 gm

2. Onions – 100 gm

3. Ginger chopped – 1 spoon

4. Garlic chopped – 1 spoon

5. Tomato chopped – 1

6. Green chilli – 1

7. Red chilli powder – 1.5 tsp

8. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

9. Coriander powder – ½ tsp

10. Garam masala powder – A pinch

11. Oil – 50 milli

How to prepare Keematham Curry (Mutton Keema)?

1. Marinate mutton keema using chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, and keep aside.

2. Heat oil and saute onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies and tomatoes.

3. When it’s done, add the marinated mutton keema and mix well.

4. Cook it well and when it is done, add garam masala.

5. Tightly close the container with a lid and dum it for a while.

6. Serve hot with perota or chapati.
