This raw food dish is a vegetarian alternative to Idiyirachi, prepared using dry meat, and it tastes excellent too.

Idiyirachi

Ingredients for No-Cook Idiyirachi:

1. Shiitake mushrooms – 2

2. Red chillies crushed – 1 small spoon

    Coriander powder – A pinch

    Cumin seeds – a pinch

    Cinnamon – 1 piece

    Cloves – 2

    Cardamom – 1

    Star anise powdered – A pinch

    Pepper powder – A pinch

    Salt – For taste

3. Coconut oil – 1.5 small spoons

How to prepare No-Cook Idiyirachi?

1. Chop mushrooms into fine pieces.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 and crush well.

3. Add coconut oil to it, followed by mushrooms.

4. Rub the contents manually so that they are mixed well.
