
Ingredients for Fudge Pudding:
1. Coco powder – 6 small spoons
Sugar – 1 cup
Maida – ¼ cup
Salt – A pinch
Butter – ½ cup
Eggs – 2, beaten
2. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
3. Available fruits of your preference – For topping
Chocolate biscuit, powdered, and cashews fried – For topping
How to prepare Fudge Pudding?
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix ingredients no: 1 in a bowl.
3. Add vanilla essence to it and mix it well.
4. Grease a baking dish and transfer the contents to it.
5. Fill the tray with water, and immerse the baking dish inside it.
6. Bake this set in a pre-heated oven for approximately 35 minutes till the pudding sets.
7. Take it out and allow it to cool.
8. Spread boiled pieces of fruits like apples and pineapple on the top. You can also add fruits of your preference.
9. Sprinkle fried cashews and powdered chocolate biscuit on its top.
10. You can serve Fudge Pudding with cream, custard, or ice cream.
