
Ingredients for Fithoose:
1. Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Green peas, Cauliflower or any preferred vegetables, chopped) – 1 cup
2. Oil – As required
3. Salt, Pepper powder – As required
4. Thick Coconut milk – 1 cup
5. Bread – 6 slices
6. Butter – As required
7. Egg – 1 boiled
Cheese (grated) – As required
How to prepare Fithoose?
1. Combine the first set of ingredients and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the vegetables along with required salt and pepper powder, and sauté.
3. Once cooked well, add thick coconut milk and heat, then remove from stove.
4. Toast the bread slices one by one, spread butter on one side, and stack them.
5. Pour the vegetable mixture on top and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle grated boiled egg and grated cheese on top and serve.
