Fish Kabab
Ingredients for Fish Kabab:
1. Fish – 250 gm
Salt and pepper powder – As required
2. Bengal gram – ¼ cup, cooked
3. Onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons
Green chillies chopped fine – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp
Egg – 1
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon
Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
Garam masala powder – ¼ small spoon
Salt – For taste
Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
4. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Fish Kabab?
1. Cook fish adding salt and pepper.
2. Take flesh portion only, and smash it well.
3. Mix Bengal gram with ingredients no: 3 and fish.
4. Make kabab shapes from it, and deep fry in hot oil.
5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
