A sweet snack and easy dish made using Kerala banana

Ingredients for Ethapazham Madakk (Banana Folds):
1. Well-ripened Kerala banana – 3 large
2. Ghee – 3 tablespoons
Almonds – 10
3. Cashew nuts (chopped) – 15
4. Sugar – ½ cup
5. Wheat flour – 1½ cups
Ghee and salt – As needed
6. Warm milk – As needed
How to prepare Ethapazham Madakk (Banana Folds)?
1. Cut the Kerala bananas into small pieces and sauté in ghee until they turn light brown.
2. In the same ghee, fry almonds and cashew nuts. Add sugar and mix well until everything is well combined. Set aside. This is the filling.
3. Mix the ingredients listed as 5th, add warm milk, and knead to make a soft dough like that of a chapati.
4. From the dough, roll out slightly thinner than chapathi, place the filling in the center, and fold into four. Continue the process for remaining dough and filling.
5. Cook each folded piece on a heated tawa until done.
6. Cut into small pieces and serve.
