Crunchy Banana Roll

Ingredients for Crunchy Banana Roll:

1. Ghee – 1 big spoon

2. Banana big sized (Ethapazham) – 4, cut into pieces

3. Coconut scrapped – ½ cup

    Cashews broken – 2 big spoons

    Raisins – 2 big spoons

    Cardamom powder – A pinch

    Sugar – As required

4. Maida – ½ cup

    Water – As required

5. Corn flakes – ½ cup

    Bread crumbs – 1 cup

6. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Crunchy Banana Roll?

1. Heat ghee in a pan and add banana pieces.

2. Fry the bananas and smash well.

3. Add ingredients no: 3, mix well and take off from flame.

4. Prepare rolls (lengthwise) from this mixture (Similar to Unnakkai or rolls).

5. Add water to maida to prepare a solution.

6. Dip these banana rolls in maida solution and wrap in corn flakes and bread crumbs.

7. Deep fry them in hot oil.
