Crispy Peanut

Ingredients for Crispy Peanut:

1. Raw (& fresh) groundnut – ½ cup

2. Gram flour – ½ cup

3. Salt – For taste

    Coriander seeds – 1 big spoon, fried and powdered

    Cumin seeds – 1 big spoon, fried and powdered

    Chilli powder – 1 big spoon

    Pepper powder – 1 big spoon

    Asafoetida powder – ¼ small spoon

    Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Oil – 1 big spoon

4. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Crispy Peanut?

1. Soak raw groundnut (not dried) in water for half an hour and drain off excess water.

2. Mix ingredients no: 3 and keep aside.

3. Make a paste of gram flour adding a little water.

4. Add groundnut to it and mix well followed by mixed powders.

5. Mix once again and deep fry groundnuts in hot oil.
