Cashews -Rice batter fry

Ingredients for Cashews Dip Roast (Kasuvandi Mukki Porichath):
1. Biryani rice – 1 cup
2. Egg – 1
Salt – As needed
Water – As needed
3. Cashews – 1 cup
4. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Cashews Dip Roast (Kasuvandi Mukki Porichath)?
1. Wash the biryani rice and soak it for three hours.
2. Drain the water, then add the egg, salt, and water, and grind it into a smooth batter. The batter should be slightly thicker than dosa batter.
3. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
4. Add the cashews to the prepared batter and deep fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
5. Once fried, drain and allow it to cool.
6. Store the Cashews Dip Roast in a jar. If desired, mix in a little chilli powder.
