Brownie with a Heart

Ingredients for Brownie with a Heart:

1. Saltless butter – 1 cup

2. Semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1/2 cup

    Sugar – 2 cups

3. Eggs – 4, big

4. Vanilla extract – 1 small spoon

5. Cocoa powder (Unsweetened) – 3/4 cup

    Maida – 1 cup

    Salt – Half small spoon

    Baking powder – Half small spoon

6. Pink colour chocolate heart – As needed

How to prepare Brownie with a Heart?

1. Preheat oven 180 degree celsius.

2. Take a baking dish of 9-inch width and put a butter paper.

3. Take a medium size saucepan and melt butter in medium heat.

4. Take it from flame and add ingredients 2. Mix the ingredients well.

5. Add eggs one after another and blend well.

6. Add vanilla essence too.

7. Slowly add ingredients 5 and gently mix it. 

8. Never add excess pressure, and slowly blend all ingredients together.

9. Pour this batter into the baking dish and bake it in preheated oven for 35 minutes.

10. When it cools completely, cut it into big pieces.

11. Scoop a little from the middle portion of each brownie and put a pink colour chocolate heart inside.
