Bread Rolls Fried

Ingredients for Bread Rolls Fried:

1. Potatoes – 3 large 

2. Onion – 3 

   Green chilli – 5 

   Coriander leaves – A small bunch 

   Ginger – 1-inch piece 

3. Oil – As required 

4. Salt – As required 

5. Bread – 2 slices 

How to prepare Bread Rolls Fried?

1. Peel the potatoes, boil them, and keep aside after mashing.

2. Finely chop all the ingredients listed in the second set.

3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped ingredients, then add the mashed potatoes and salt.

4. Mix everything well and remove from heat. This is the filling.

5. Take each bread slice, sprinkle a little water, and squeeze gently in your palms to make them soft.

6. Place a little filling on one side of each slice, then gently roll it up.

7. If needed, use a toothpick to secure the roll.

8. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the bread rolls until golden brown.
